I travel a lot in Europe, and usually with the budget airlines. But one airline I always try to avoid is Wizz Air - their customer service and adherence to legislation on passenger rights is abysmal. They've recently been sanctioned by the UK CAA for this, but it's a toothless sanction, so unlikely to be any change. Ryanair aren't great, but if Wizz Air want to become a competitor of ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2 and the others, they need to sort their sch1tt out.
